This Privacy Policy applies to Morph3D, the Morph3D mobile application, the web interface hosted at papartank.ai, and related products and services operated by PAPARTANK (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (“PAPARTANK,” “Morph3D,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Account Information: name, email address, phone number, and login or authentication details.
• User Content: ideas, text inputs, prompts, edit guidance, uploaded images, camera captures, generated images, 3D-ready images, 3D models, exports, and related files.
• Usage and Device Information: device type, operating system, app version, logs, diagnostics, and feature usage.
• Transaction Information: payment status, order identifiers, subscription records, token or credit records, and billing metadata.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, and improve the Services.
• Authenticate users and manage accounts.
• Generate, edit, preview, convert, save, export, and display content and 3D assets.
• Process subscriptions, purchases, and payments.
• Provide support and respond to user requests.
• Maintain security, detect abuse, and prevent fraud.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. Camera, Photos, and Files

Morph3D may request access to your camera and photos/media/files when you choose to capture, upload, save, export, or manage content.

We access this data only to provide the features you request. If you choose to save or export generated assets, those files may be stored in your device gallery, downloads, or other storage locations you authorize.

5. Showcase and Visibility

Certain generated content, previews, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, usernames, profile elements, or related materials may be displayed to other users or visitors as part of showcase, gallery, featured, discovery, promotional, or similar features of the Services.

Do not upload or generate content you consider confidential, private, or commercially sensitive if you do not want it to appear in such features.

6. Payments

Payments may be processed by Razorpay, app store billing systems, or other authorized payment partners, depending on platform and applicable requirements. We do not store full payment card details unless expressly stated otherwise.

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information with hosting, storage, analytics, AI/model, authentication, payment, messaging, and support providers that help us operate the Services; with app stores, payment processors, and billing providers where needed to distribute the app or process transactions; if required by law or legal process; to protect our rights, property, users, or the public; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale, or transfer of business assets.

8. Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Services, maintain accounts, process transactions, resolve disputes, improve the Services, and comply with legal obligations.

You may request deletion of your account and eligible data through an in-app deletion option, where available, and/or a web-based deletion request page.

9. Test and Guest Accounts

We may provide test or guest accounts to reviewers or authorized parties solely for testing and evaluation. These accounts are isolated from live data, contain no real user information, and are used only for testing or demonstration. We maintain strict privacy and security measures to protect all real user data.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

11. Age Restriction

Morph3D is intended only for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly permit minors to use the Services.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
