1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and all activity under your account.

3. Services

Morph3D allows users to create, edit, preview, convert, explore, export, and otherwise interact with images, 3D-ready images, models, AR views, viewer modes, and related outputs.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

4. Payments

Paid features may require subscriptions, credits, tokens, or one-time payments. Payments may be processed by Razorpay, app store billing systems, or other authorized providers, depending on platform and applicable requirements. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Your Content

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, create, submit, generate, export, print, display, distribute, or otherwise use through the Services.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights necessary for your content and its use, and that your content and your use of the Services do not violate any law or third-party rights.

6. License to Us

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and use your content as necessary to operate and improve the Services, generate and display outputs, provide support, and display content in showcase or similar features.

7. Showcase

Generated outputs, previews, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, usernames, profile elements, and related materials may be shown to other users or visitors as part of showcase or similar features.

If you do not want a design or asset to be visible in such features, do not use the Services for confidential or sensitive content unless a private mode or opt-out is expressly provided.

8. Acceptable Use

• You may not use the Services to violate any law or third-party rights.
• You may not upload or create infringing, unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, abusive, or harmful content.
• You may not create or distribute content involving child sexual abuse, exploitation of minors, or sexualized depictions of minors.
• You may not impersonate others or misrepresent ownership or authority.
• You may not interfere with, reverse engineer, scrape, exploit, or misuse the Services.
• You may not use the Services in a way that could cause harm to people, property, or public safety.

9. AI Outputs and Responsibility

All outputs are generated or assisted by automated systems. Outputs may vary in quality, usefulness, manufacturability, legality, safety, or originality.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before use and for determining whether outputs are safe, lawful, manufacturable, printable, commercially usable, or fit for your purpose.

10. 3D Printing, AR, Viewer Modes, and Exports

3D models, AR previews, viewer modes, exports, and printer-ready files are provided for convenience only. You are solely responsible for checking dimensions, tolerances, structural suitability, materials, safety, legal compliance, and fitness for use before manufacturing, printing, selling, or distributing anything created with the Services.

11. No Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or suitability.

12. Exclusion of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PAPARTANK, Morph3D, and their directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, contractors, service providers, and partners shall have no liability for any claim, loss, damage, injury, cost, expense, penalty, liability, or dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, your content, generated outputs, 3D printing, prototyping, manufacturing, distribution, sale, display, or use of any design, model, file, object, or output, or any reliance on AR views, viewer modes, export files, printer-ready files, or other generated assets.

Where any liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, it shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PAPARTANK, Morph3D, and their directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, contractors, service providers, and partners from and against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, your content, your generated outputs, your printing, manufacturing, sale, distribution, display, or use of any output, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party rights.

14. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, interface, workflows, branding, design, and technology, are owned by or licensed to PAPARTANK and are protected by applicable law. No rights are transferred to you except the limited right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms, abuse, suspected unlawful activity, security reasons, payment issues, or service discontinuation.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
